Post Emergent Herbicide Service
Post emergent herbicide service work on weeds that have already grown
Service Description
While pre-emergent herbicides work to prevent weeds from ever growing, post-emergent herbicides work on weeds that have already grown. They utilize a mixture of chemicals to kill the weed and ensure that it does not grow back. Post-emergent herbicides should be used once the spring season has gotten underway and you start to see weeds and plants growing. It's too late at this point to use pre- emergents because the germination process has already begun. When you apply a post-emergent, it gets into the root system via the plant stalk. After applying your post-emergent herbicide, wait at least three days before mowing your lawn. This allows the weeds to grow a bit and fully absorb the herbicide before being cut.
